Key Responsibilities
- Define KPI catalogue, calculation rules, owners and data lineage
- Design reporting models, queries, extracts and scheduled outputs
- Build operational and management dashboards with role-appropriate access
- Validate data quality and reconcile reports to transactional records
- Optimise reporting workloads and recommend replicas/warehouse only when justified
- Implement row-level security, masking and export controls
- Partner with product/business teams on actionable visualisation
- Document metrics and support reporting incidents

- Advanced SQL and dimensional/analytical modelling
- Dashboard and reporting tool expertise
- Data-quality profiling and reconciliation
- Performance-aware reporting on PostgreSQL
- Access control and sensitive-data handling
- Ability to translate business questions into reliable metrics

What to expect if you join
The role works in a cross-functional, documentation-first and architecture-led product environment. Candidates must be comfortable with hands-on ownership, transparent decisions, code/design review, automated quality controls and production accountability. The six-month MVP excludes unnecessary microservices, Kubernetes, speculative AI and other scope not approved through product governance.
