Custom, one-off software projects solve a problem once, for one business, at one point in time. Every improvement has to be rebuilt from scratch for the next customer. We chose a different path: build a platform once, and let every business we serve benefit from every improvement we make to it.

Starting focused, on purpose
It would have been easy to build something for every industry, everywhere, from day one. We chose not to. DataArtha Pulse began with a single, deliberate focus: Fresh Food Supply Chain businesses in India. Not because that's the limit of what the platform can do, but because proving a platform works deeply in one place is worth more than spreading it thin everywhere.
That discipline shapes how we build. We'd rather earn trust with a small number of businesses who see the platform work exactly as promised, than make broad claims to a wide market and fall short.
One product. One segment. One industry. One geography.
That's the beachhead we started with - and the standard we hold ourselves to before we expand into anything new. Focus first, scale after.
Two platforms, one long-term vision
Our long-term vision is a portfolio of enterprise platforms under the DataArtha name. DataArtha Pulse, our supply chain operations platform, came first. DataArtha Prime, our enterprise business platform, extends that same platform philosophy to a broader set of business operations - built to scale alongside Pulse, not to compete with it for attention.
Alongside our platforms, our IT Consulting practice helps businesses with software development, cloud, mobile, and business intelligence needs that fall outside the platform ecosystem - a complementary practice, not a separate identity.
