Flutter Technical Lead
Lead architecture and delivery of the Pulse Customer and Delivery mobile applications. Establish reusable Flutter foundations, secure API integration, reliable release practices and device-aware experiences that can support additional mobile applications over three years.

Key Responsibilities
- Define Flutter architecture, module structure, state management and navigation
- Lead secure JWT/refresh-token storage and API client patterns
- Design connectivity, retry, local persistence and graceful failure behaviour
- Implement shared components, theming, analytics, push and environment configuration
- Guide camera, image upload, external maps and proof-of-delivery capabilities
- Own mobile coding standards, reviews, tests and performance
- Manage Android/iOS build signing, store releases and staged rollout
- Coach engineers and coordinate with backend, UX, QA and DevOps
Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Advanced Flutter/Dart and mobile architecture
- State management such as Riverpod, Bloc or equivalent
- Secure storage, REST integration, token lifecycle and certificate awareness
- Unit, widget and integration testing
- Android/iOS release, signing and store management
- Performance, crash analysis and technical leadership

- Release customer and delivery MVPs through controlled test channels
- Meet crash-free, startup and API reliability targets

What to expect if you join
The role works in a cross-functional, documentation-first and architecture-led product environment. Candidates must be comfortable with hands-on ownership, transparent decisions, code/design review, automated quality controls and production accountability. The six-month MVP excludes unnecessary microservices, Kubernetes, speculative AI and other scope not approved through product governance.
