Build governed, resilient connections between Pulse and external providers, partners and systems. Introduce integration capacity as the portfolio expands, while preserving domain boundaries and preventing provider-specific logic from leaking into core modules.

Key Responsibilities
- Design REST, webhook, file and messaging integrations through approved adapters
- Define contracts, mappings, validation, versioning and error semantics
- Implement authentication, signing, idempotency, retries, timeouts and reconciliation
- Maintain sandbox, test-data and provider-certification procedures
- Create integration monitoring, audit, replay and support capabilities
- Coordinate external vendors and resolve cross-system incidents
- Protect backward compatibility and manage contract lifecycle
- Support future developer portal and partner onboarding
Essential Qualifications & Skills
- REST/OpenAPI, webhooks, JSON/XML and data mapping
- OAuth2/API keys/signatures and secure integration design
- Idempotency, retry/backoff, queues and eventual consistency
- Contract/integration testing and mock services
- Monitoring, reconciliation and incident troubleshooting
- Clear vendor and partner communication

What to expect if you join
The role works in a cross-functional, documentation-first and architecture-led product environment. Candidates must be comfortable with hands-on ownership, transparent decisions, code/design review, automated quality controls and production accountability. The six-month MVP excludes unnecessary microservices, Kubernetes, speculative AI and other scope not approved through product governance.
