Own the business and delivery outcome for the DataArtha Pulse portfolio. Translate strategy into a roadmap, protect the six-month MVP boundary, align technology decisions, and establish the model to scale from five applications to the eighteen-application Year-3 portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
- Own portfolio vision, business outcomes, roadmap, investment priorities and executive reporting
- Approve MVP scope, release criteria and change-control decisions; prevent unplanned expansion
- Align product, architecture, engineering, operations, security and business stakeholders
- Establish programme governance covering budget, schedule, dependencies, risks and benefits
- Make build, buy, partner and sequencing decisions using evidence and total cost of ownership
- Create clear ownership for each application, platform capability and operational process
- Sponsor recruitment, vendor selection and leadership development for the delivery organisation
- Own go-live readiness, executive escalation and the transition from MVP to scaled operations
Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Demonstrated leadership of a multi-product digital programme with web, mobile and cloud components
- Strong product economics, portfolio prioritisation, commercial judgement and budget control
- Ability to challenge scope, resolve cross-functional conflict and make timely decisions
- Working knowledge of SaaS/product engineering, cybersecurity, cloud operations and data governance
- Executive communication with boards, investors, business leaders and technology teams
- Experience building accountable teams and delivery governance without excessive bureaucracy
Expected outcomes
- Approve the five-application MVP charter, measurable outcomes, funding and decision rights
- Recruit the core leadership and engineering team and confirm role/accountability boundaries
- Run monthly portfolio reviews with scope, budget, quality, security and release evidence
- Secure pilot readiness and an agreed operating/support model before production launch
- Publish the Year-1 to Year-3 application sequencing and investment roadmap

What to expect if you join
The role works in a cross-functional, documentation-first and architecture-led product environment. Candidates must be comfortable with hands-on ownership, transparent decisions, code/design review, automated quality controls and production accountability. The six-month MVP excludes unnecessary microservices, Kubernetes, speculative AI and other scope not approved through product governance.
