Key Responsibilities
- Define product vision, personas, journeys, problems, outcomes and roadmap for assigned applications
- Maintain a prioritised backlog with clear value, acceptance conditions and release sequencing
- Lead customer, delivery-worker and operations-user discovery and validate assumptions early
- Partner with architecture and engineering on feasibility, non-functional requirements and trade-offs
- Coordinate UX research, prototypes, analytics, pilot feedback and product acceptance
- Define success metrics and use evidence to stop, change or expand features
- Keep stakeholders aligned through transparent decisions, demos and release communications
- Ensure privacy, accessibility, security and operational readiness are included in product decisions
Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Successful ownership of a web or mobile product from discovery through production adoption
- Strong backlog prioritisation, user-story quality, outcome metrics and stakeholder facilitation
- Ability to understand APIs, data flows, security constraints and operational dependencies
- Experience with customer journeys, usability testing, analytics and controlled MVP experiments
- Excellent written decisions, product narratives and cross-functional communication
- Commercial awareness and willingness to remove low-value scope

What to expect if you join
The role works in a cross-functional, documentation-first and architecture-led product environment. Candidates must be comfortable with hands-on ownership, transparent decisions, code/design review, automated quality controls and production accountability. The six-month MVP excludes unnecessary microservices, Kubernetes, speculative AI and other scope not approved through product governance.
