Key Responsibilities
- Map current and target workflows for procurement, quality, inventory, ordering and delivery
- Write user stories, business rules, acceptance criteria, validations and exception scenarios
- Maintain traceability from business outcome through requirement, test and release evidence
- Clarify terminology, master data, status transitions, permissions and record-ownership rules
- Facilitate refinement, examples, walkthroughs, demos, UAT and release acceptance
- Identify dependencies, gaps, policy decisions and edge cases before development begins
- Maintain process models, functional specifications and configuration decisions
- Support training, release notes and adoption for operations and mobile users
Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Strong process modelling, requirements elicitation and structured documentation
- User stories with testable acceptance criteria and negative/exception cases
- Working knowledge of REST APIs, relational data, roles and workflow states
- Experience facilitating UAT with business users
- Ability to analyse operational detail without losing the end-to-end outcome
- Clear English communication and disciplined change control

- Complete process and terminology baseline for all MVP domains
- Maintain two-sprint-ready requirements with acceptance examples
- Define permissions, status models and exception handling with stakeholders
- Coordinate UAT evidence for every monthly release
- Create operational guides and handover inputs for launch

What to expect if you join
The role works in a cross-functional, documentation-first and architecture-led product environment. Candidates must be comfortable with hands-on ownership, transparent decisions, code/design review, automated quality controls and production accountability. The six-month MVP excludes unnecessary microservices, Kubernetes, speculative AI and other scope not approved through product governance.
