Operate reliable releases and provide structured production support for Pulse. Monitor service health, triage user and system incidents, coordinate recovery, maintain support knowledge and feed recurring problems back into engineering improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate release checklists, approvals, deployment windows and post-release verification
- Monitor dashboards, alerts, queues, integrations and business-flow health
- Triage incidents, reproduce issues and route them with complete evidence
- Execute approved operational procedures and communicate user impact
- Maintain support knowledge, known errors, runbooks and escalation matrix
- Coordinate problem management and verify permanent corrective actions
- Support users and capture product/process feedback
- Track SLA/SLO performance, trends and support capacity
Essential Qualifications & Skills
- L1/L2 support for web/mobile/API applications
- Release coordination and change-control discipline
- SQL, log and monitoring-tool investigation
- Incident, problem and escalation management
- Clear customer/user communication
- Ability to work planned on-call or support rotations

- Establish service desk, severity, escalation and support hours

What to expect if you join
The role works in a cross-functional, documentation-first and architecture-led product environment. Candidates must be comfortable with hands-on ownership, transparent decisions, code/design review, automated quality controls and production accountability. The six-month MVP excludes unnecessary microservices, Kubernetes, speculative AI and other scope not approved through product governance.
