Design clear, accessible and consistent experiences across the Operations Center, Customer App, Delivery App and corporate website. Reduce user effort and operational error while creating a reusable design system that accelerates later Pulse applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Research customer, driver and operations workflows in their real context
- Create journeys, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes and final specifications
- Design responsive Thymeleaf/Bootstrap interfaces and Flutter mobile experiences
- Build and govern reusable components, tokens, states and interaction patterns
- Define empty, loading, validation, error, offline and permission-denied states
- Plan and conduct usability tests; convert findings into prioritised changes
- Work with developers through implementation review and visual QA
- Ensure accessibility, localisation readiness and privacy-conscious interactions
Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Strong portfolio of complex operational and consumer product design
- Figma components, variants, prototyping and developer handoff
- Responsive design and mobile platform conventions
- Accessibility knowledge aligned with WCAG principles
- Ability to simplify data-heavy workflows and exception handling
- Evidence of research-led decisions and measurable usability improvement
Expected outcomes
- Establish Pulse design system and channel-specific patterns
- Validate critical order, receiving, dispatch and delivery journeys
- Supply implementation-ready designs ahead of each development sprint
- Run usability testing before pilot and resolve critical issues
- Complete visual/accessibility QA for production release

What to expect if you join
The role works in a cross-functional, documentation-first and architecture-led product environment. Candidates must be comfortable with hands-on ownership, transparent decisions, code/design review, automated quality controls and production accountability. The six-month MVP excludes unnecessary microservices, Kubernetes, speculative AI and other scope not approved through product governance.
