Build fast, accessible and maintainable web experiences for the Pulse Operations Center and corporate website using Thymeleaf, HTMX and Bootstrap 5. Deliver server-rendered workflows with minimal JavaScript and strong usability across desktop and tablet.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement Thymeleaf pages, reusable fragments and HTMX interactions
- Create responsive Bootstrap layouts for dense operational workflows
- Implement validation, loading, empty, error and permission states
- Maintain accessible semantic HTML, keyboard support and responsive behaviour
- Integrate securely with Spring MVC, sessions and CSRF protection
- Optimise page weight, caching, assets, SEO and Core Web Vitals for public pages
- Write UI/component tests and support end-to-end automation
- Perform cross-browser visual QA and production defect correction
Essential Qualifications & Skills
- HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap and modern JavaScript fundamentals
- Server-rendered UI development; Thymeleaf or equivalent template technology
- HTMX or progressive enhancement concepts
- Responsive and accessible interface implementation
- Web security basics including CSRF, XSS and secure session handling
- Git, build pipelines and collaboration with designers/backend engineers

- Establish reusable web layout and component library
- Deliver Operations Center workflows for each monthly domain increment
- Launch performant, SEO-ready corporate website

What to expect if you join
The role works in a cross-functional, documentation-first and architecture-led product environment. Candidates must be comfortable with hands-on ownership, transparent decisions, code/design review, automated quality controls and production accountability. The six-month MVP excludes unnecessary microservices, Kubernetes, speculative AI and other scope not approved through product governance.
